Start: 7:06am
Finish: 7:53am

Warm Up: KB and Shoulders - 10:00

Practice: Cleans/presses/snatches - 16kg - 10:00

TGUs: 16kg - 3/side - 5:20

Roller & Stretch: 15:00

Thoughts: Alright today. I'm kind of wondering what to do abou this shoulder issue. Still a bit of a challenge and I'm not to sure it can withstand the RoP. Maybe another physio appointment to finish it off?
