Program Minimum

Start: 7:07am
Finish: 8:00am

Warm Up: KB warm up - Shoulder Dislocates - 10:00

Practice: Cleans/Presses/Snatches - sets of five for 10:00

Manmakers: 12:00 - sets of 15 reps - total 195 swings - rest varied from 15 to 40s

Roller & Stretch: 14:30

Thoughts: Still a little impingement in the left shoulder. Debating one more physio visit. Overall, pretty good today. I was not stressing about rest intervals today, so they varied from 15-40 seconds or so.

Must find areas that need stretching.
