Program Minimum
Start: 7:07am
Finish: 7:55am
Warm Up: ETK - 8:00 with 2x5 pull ups and 2x10 dowel deads
Practice: 16kg Goblet Squats five sets of two
Manmakers: 20kg OTM swings - total 158
Roller & Stretch: 16:00
Thoughts: Wasn't feeling it today. Tired, I suppose. Swing still needs work on the sit back portion.
