Start: 7:06am
Finish: 7:53am

Warm Up: KB 5:00

TGUs: 12kg (keeping an eye on form) 5:00 3/side

Snatches: 5:00 20kg - 74 in total.

Roller & Stretch: 22:00

Thoughts: Overall, not too bad. My goal with the snatches today was 80... I want to break 100 by the end of the month.
