Program Minimum Week Eight/Day Three

Start: 7:12am
Finish: 7:59am

Warm Up: 10:00 Squats/Halos/Pumps
Practice: did not do this today

Man Makers: 20kg bell - two-hand swings for 13:00 minutes with skipping/walking as active rest

Thoughts: My back (low/right) is kinda bugging me. It might have something to do with the long periods of driving I did on the weekend. The swings didn't bother it, in fact, it seems as though it may have helped.

One more PM day, then some time off prior to Agatsu next weekend. I might do cardio.

I did 17:00 of stretching and roller afterward.
