Program Minimum - Week Five - Day One

Start: 5:52pm
Finish: 6:42pm

Warm Up: ETK - 9:15

Practice: 16kg for cleans, presses and snatches - 10:00 - two sets of five - a third set of five cleans

Manmakers: 20kg for 12:00 various amounts of reps from 15 to 21. 202 in total.

Stretch: 9:30

Thoughts: I'm pleased.. mainly because I had a few days away that were fairly inactive and I ate and drank more than usual.
