Program Minimum - Week Five - Day Three

Start: 7:03am
Finish: 8:04am

Warm Up: ETK - 9:20

Practice: 20kg for cleans, presses and snatches - 9:10 - two sets of five

Manmakers: 20kg for 12:00 reps of 19 & 20. 231 in total.

Stretch: 17:30

Thoughts: sometimes the best workouts are ones you don't wanna do.. today I was making my way to the gym and was trying to think of any excuse to bail.. sore hip, tired, you name it. Best session I've had in a while. I was relaxed with no expectations of getting 200 swings in 12:00.. bam... 231 instead.

Go figure.
