Program Minimum - Week Four - Day Four

Start: 7:04am
Finish: 8:06am

Warm Up: ETK - 9:15

Practice: 16kg for cleans, presses and snatches - 9:15 - two sets of five

Manmakers: 20kg for 12:00 various amounts of reps from 15 to 20. 203 in total.

Roller & Stretch: 21:00

Thoughts: Swings felt good today. My hip feels better.. not as much as a nagging ache... I wonder if the shoes have something to do with it.. I've changed to Vibrams almost full time now. Hm.
