Program Minimum - Week Six - Day Two

Start: 7:05am
Finish: 7:52am

Warm Up: ETK - 9:30

Practice: None today - did some last night.

Manmakers: 20kg for 12:00 reps of 20 with a work to rest ratio of 30/30. 240 in total.

Stretch: 17:30

Thoughts: Surprised with today. I thought my hip would be an issue. It's been achy the last few days... guess I'll see how it feels.
