Program Minimum - Week Two - Day One

Start: 7:02am
Finish: 8:07am

Warm Up: ETK - 8:30

Practice: 16kg for cleans, presses and snatches - 9:15

Manmakers: 20kg for 12:00 various amounts of reps from 10 to 18. 174 in total.

Roller & Stretch: 26:00.

Thoughts: Not too bad. Not pleased with my swings. The endurance seemed to suck today. Something to build on, I suppose. I need to push myself a little more.
