Program Minimum Week Two - Day Two

Start: 7:02a
Finish: 8:03a

Warm Up: ETK 9:30

Practice: 16kg for cleans, presses and snatches - five reps each - 9:30

TGU's: 20kg - 2/side 5:00

Roller & Stretch: 29:00

Thoughts: Cleans improving. Trying to keep full body tension in all movements.
