Prologue

So, I know this will probably end up in the sea of everyone else's FLogs, but I guess this is me making myself accountable for progress. Skipping the whole sob story I'm trying to drag my butt into a routine and healthy lifestyle, with the primary motivation being my competitiveness. My boyfriend and I are setting up identifiable goals we can check off each week, and the challenge will be to complete the most amount of items on each list per week, or else the loser gets punished. As well as that I'm starting the 5:2 diet (intermittent fasting) and starting the 100 pushups challenge to get myself used to exercising 3 times a week before getting in to the full body workouts on here.
If anyone has any comments or experience with either of these it would be much appreciated :)
I'm also in South-West Melbourne, Australia, if anyone's interested in being exercise partners.
