Pushing it up...

Being flexible and getting done what I can. Some shoulders before Flt PT. Then did pushups, crunches, and 2.7 miles there. Then finished shoulders, calves, abs. Hooah!
Still catching up from being called in to work on the runway and the 4 day weekend where I only worked out once.
