Am adjusting my workouts for my competition training protocol. I want to do legs on Mondays, so I did them today(upper quads) so next week I will be but one day off.
So, here is todays workout
Quads...
Squats
(warmup)...135x12,135x10,185x5
Sets...225x10,250x9,260x6
Leg Presses...
Sets...490x10,580x9,580x9,600x5(feet low and close together)
600x10...(feet high and wide)
Leg extensions...
Sets...100x8,100x8, superset with sissy squats...15/15
Abductors supersetted with Adductors...115x15,120x15,130x20/115x15,120x15,130x20
Had a good hamstring and calf workout just Wednesday, so I will catch up on these next leg workout.
