I am 14 years old.. 6'3.. 220 lb.. not a lot of fat but I bench press only 130. Can anyone help me? I know people my height and weight should bench more than that but I need some help to work myself up.
My advice would be to start at a low weight and do fast reps. But lift nothing to heavy for you. If you cant do ten reps with out hurting and with out ease its to heavy for you. But I bet you already new that. :)
