ran two miles today, first time since surgery!!!!

seated dumbell press
25 x 12
30 x 12
30 x 10
30 x 6

seated lateral raises
15 x 12
15 x 12
15 x 10
15 x 8

standing calf raises
30 x 12
30 x 12
30 x 12
30 x 10

Ran for 25 minutes and made it over 2 miles.
Added ball crunches today because I feel i need more ab work.
3 sets of 10 held for 3 to 5 seconds.
