Have been a bit off track for 2 days- just normal hormonal stuff - and had my son and my own birthdays next to each other - so a bit of indulgence, and a bit of a downer emotionally. But ready to get back on track - well I did eat 3 pieces of peanut butter toast for breakfast - which is TERRIBLE in my book. But nice little tuna salad for lunch - I should be able to find the time for the exercises today. At Christmas this year I will be back to 75kg. So determined.
