Ready to Go

Well I have just signed up and I am looking at getting some serious exercise and nutrition changes in my life. Nutrition is going to be hard part but let's see how it goes.
Never really done any kind of blogging before so this is a first for me. Hopefully this will give me extra motivation to keep going with my plans and reach my goals.
I plan on starting tomorrow morning (light jog) and going from there. My biggest problem is that I set off too quick and too try too much before my body is ready and I end up hurting/injuring myself. Hoping to stop this.
Been interesting posting this and I hope people will reaf future FLogs and offer advice where possible.
Never give up on something that you can't go a day without thinking about.
