Reboot: Week 1

Got in a full streatch for the Morning. 3 sets (25 count) bi-cep curls, shoulder press, tricep press and crunches. Only got in about 20 minutes worth of walking in during work-day. Afternoon at home: Full streatch, 2 sets (25 count) crunches, shoulder press, bicep curls and tricep press. 3 sets (20 count) calf raises, 2 sets squats and side leg raise. 2 sets (10 count) push-ups. Green tea pills @0800 and 1200.Not bad for day one!

    Day four, thursday. Need a break. Got in a full stretch for the am. Did some around the house choirs.

    Got in a partial streatch for Day three. Rather sore from tuesday (chest and shoulders). Got in a few laps on the stairs and 1 complete full body (15 count) set on all arounds.

    Got in a full streatch for the Morning. 2 sets (25 count) bi-cep curls, shoulder press, tricep press and crunches. 1 set of standing rows and standing chest press. Got in a couple "laps" on the stairs at work along with a 15 minute walk.. Afternoon at home: Full streatch, 1 set (25 count) crunches, shoulder press, bicep curls, tricep press, calf raises, squats and side leg raise. A set (10 count) push-ups. Green tea pills @0800 and 1200. Day 2.
