Well last week was a huge disappointment for me. As has the start of this week. Last week i ate ok but missed triceps and legs. I did not totaly hit cardio 3 times. My strength is waning and I do not know why. One thought is that I have cut my calories and such so maybe lifting as heavy as I want is not going to happen? This week I missed todays workout and may miss others as my wife and son are very sick.
