Rest, cardio, and Abs

Well, today was a rest day from the weights. I like to Abs on these days with cardio.
Abs...
Upper pulley cable crunches....10x100,12x150,12x160,12x160
Weighted leg raises....3x10 w/10 lb. dumbbell
Cardio...
Stepper.....14 min.(HIIT), 182 calories
