Rest/Cardio

Rested from the wieghts today, keeping with my split of bodyparts...legs every 7 days, chest, back and shoulders every 6 days and arms every 5 days. This juggles my off day. Did a cardio session though. Very pleased with my cardio capabilities I have again achieved.
