Road to the ROP - Week Four - Day Four

Warm Up: Wall Squats x10 - Halos x10 (each way) and Pumps x5 for a total of ten minutes.
Second rep on the left side of the TGU was a tad sloppy. Safety first, so I didn't do anymore on that side.
Overall, not too bad. Maybe a bit more work with the 24kg.
This is supposed to conclude the PM based on AOS, but I have a few things going on next week and I want to ensure I'm ready (or as ready as I will ever be) for the ROP.
