Warm Up: Wall Squats x10 - Halos x10 (each way) and Pumps x10 for a total of ten minutes.
Thoughts: Pretty good - really need to focus on every step in the Get Up.
Really, aside from the warm up (which is challenging enough) this can be very tough.
