Start: 7:04am
Finish: 7:43am

Warm Up: Wall Squats x10 - Halos x10 (each way) and Pumps x10 for a total of ten minutes.

TGU's: 32kg - 2-right/2-left

Roller & Stretch: 18:00

Well, that was fun! A little shaky on the first one, but got it up and down safely. I like these heavy ones and they really, really got my heart racing. :)
