RoP - Round Two - Week Four - Heavy/Test Day

Start: 7:06am
Finish: 8:06am

Warm Up: KB and dislocates 8:45

C&P: 16kg 5 reps/side
Rest 5:00
Loaded Cleans: 20kg 3 reps/side
Test C&P: 20kg L-5 R-5
Rest: 5:00
Snatches: 16kg - 180 reps - 10:00

Roller & Stretch: 16:50

Thoughts: I considered using the 24kg for the C&P test, but opted out with concern for my left shoulder. Perhaps with the next test. The 20kg seemed fine and I will move up to it with the RoP.

Pleased with today... Big goal was to get 10:00 of snatches in.. done.. wanted 200 reps, managed 180 as I took a nice slow pace at the beginning and managed about 80 in the first five minutes.
