ROP Week Eight - Day Three - Medium Day

Start: 7:04am
Finish: 8:05am

Warm Up: KB Warm Up - 4:20

Five Ladders with four rungs of the following:
C&P L/R
Pull Ups

I used the 20kg bell for this.

Swings: 8:00 - 20kg bell. Total of 156

Stretch: 14:30

Thoughts: Done. This completes my first round of the Right of Passage. Holy crap this is a tough routine. I have seen many changes in strength and physical appearance. My 34" waist pants don't fit anymore. Which sucks, cuz they are fairly new. Down to 32s maybe? I haven't been in this good of shape in about 25 years. My weight has essentially stayed the same. I may focus a bit more on diet and neat eat so much crap.

Time for a break now, then back at it. The plan is to fiddle around a bit with a few things and then full steam ahead with the 24kg bell on August 10th.

Long term goal, as per RoP is to snatch the 24kg 200 times in ten minutes. Seems like a pipe dream, but I think it is doable. Also, press a bell closest to half my weight. That would be about 40kgs.
