ROP Week Eight - Day Two - Light Day

Start: 7:04am
Finish: 8:07am

Warm Up: KB Warm Up - 4:30

Five Ladders with three rungs of the following:
C&P L/R
Pull Ups

I used the 24kg bell for this.

Snatches: 10:00 - 20kg bell - 10L/10R - rest one minute. Total of 100

Stretch: 18:30

Thoughts: Decided to use the 24kg based on Test Day. Started doing push presses at various points through out. I was going to stop at three ladders, as this is sort of a starting over day but decided to do all five that were planned. I will be taking time off after Friday (10-12 days or so - with the odd workout thrown in) and then I will start over with the 24kg bell.

Snatched need work if I want to get 200 reps in 10 minutes with the 24kg. So, I will move up the 20kg for them.
