ROP Week Five - Day One - Heavy Day

Start: 7:03am
Finish: 8:12am

Warm Up: KB Warm Up - 5:00

Five Ladders with five rungs of the following:
C&P L/R
Pull Ups/Chin ups

I used the 20kg bell for this.

Swings: 6:00 - 20kg bell - 30 to 40 sec rests - 100 swings

Stretch: 6:30

Thoughts: Two words - holy shit.
