Warm Up: 4:10

Five ladders and four rungs of the following:
C&P L/R
Pull Ups

I used the 20kg bell for this.

Swings: 4:00 - 20kg bell - 30 sec rests - 80 swings

Roller & Stretch: 13:00

Thoughts: Three weeks to go. Whew.
