ROP Week Five - Day Two - Light Day

Start: 7:05am
Finish: 7:58am

Warm Up: KB Warm Up - 5:30

Five Ladders with three rungs of the following:
C&P L/R
Pull Ups

I used the 20kg bell for this.

Snatches: 10:00 - 16kg bell - 10L/10R - rest one minute. Total of 100

Stretch: 11:30

Thoughts: I like Light Day. :) Times were fairly consistent, all around 2:05 to 2:10. This is quicker from the last time I did this set of ladders/rungs, I believe. Looking forward to Medium Day. Not.
