ROP Week One - Day One - Heavy Day

Start: 7:06am
Finish: 7:58am

Warm Up: 9:40

Three Ladders of the following:
C&P L/R
Pull Ups

I used te 20kg bell for this.

Swings: 4:00 minutes - 20kg bell - total of 81 swings with rest periods of about 20 seconds

Roller & Stretch: 17:00

Thoughts: This was deceptively difficult. Looking at it on paper it looks like a breeze. Not so much. Five ladders will be interesting. This is going to be a challenging seven weeks.
