C&P L/R
Pull Ups
I used te 20kg bell for this.
Swings: 6:00 - 20kg bell - 20-30 sec rests - 116 swings
Roller & Stretch: 17:00
Thoughts: Week one complete. Tougher than it looks. The increase in ladders is going to suck.
