ROP Week One - Day Two - Light Day

Warm Up: 10:20

Three Ladders of the following:
C&P L/R
Pull Ups

I used te 20kg bell for this.

Santches: Three sets of ten on each side with a minute rest after the second side. I used the 16kg bell.

Roller & Stretch: 18:45

Thoughts: I used the same weight at the heavy day. My understanding is the number of rungs will go up on heavy days in the next few weeks.
