ROP Week Seven - Day One - Heavy Day

Finish: 7:55am
Warm Up: KB Warm Up - 4:20
Five Ladders with five rungs of the following:
C&P L/R
Pull Ups/Chin ups
I used the 20kg bell for this.
Swings: 7:00 - 20kg bell - 30 to 40 sec rests - 129 swings
Roller & Stretch: 14:00
Thoughts: All times were better on this Heavy Day than the last. I'm beat.
