ROP Week Seven - Day Three - Medium Day

Start: 7:06am
Finish: 8:09am

Warm Up: KB Warm Up - 4:30

Five Ladders with four rungs of the following:
C&P L/R
Pull Ups

I used the 20kg bell for this.

Swings: 10:00 - 20kg bell. Total of 180

Stretch: 14:00 - got cramps in the bottoms of my feet. Ouch.

Thoughts: Okay, Monday is test day. Bring it.
