ROP Week Seven - Day Two - Light Day

Start: 7:00am
Finish: 7:56am

Warm Up: KB Warm Up - 4:20

Five Ladders with three rungs of the following:
C&P L/R
Pull Ups

I used the 20kg bell for this.

Snatches: 12:00 - 16kg bell - 10L/10R - rest one minute. Total of 130 - last set was five per side.

Stretch: 14:00

Thoughts: Pretty good today. Times were very consistent. Whew.. just about done.
