ROP Week Six - Day One - Heavy Day

Start: 7:02am
Finish: 8:14am

Warm Up: KB Warm Up - 5:00

Five Ladders with five rungs of the following:
C&P L/R
Pull Ups/Chin ups

I used the 20kg bell for this.

Swings: 8:00 - 20kg bell - 15 to 40 sec rests - 150 swings

Stretch: 7:00

Thoughts: Whew, this is tough.
