Start: 6:58am
Finish: 7:57am

Warm Up: KB Warm Up - 4:20

Five Ladders with four rungs of the following:
C&P L/R
Pull Ups

I used the 20kg bell for this.

Swings: 7:00 - 20kg bell - 7:00. Total of 132

Stretch: 14:00

Thoughts: Man, this is tough. Wow. Couple days off then, I believe, the second last week of ROP.
