ROP Week Six - Day Two - Light Day

Start: 7:06am
Finish: 8:00am

Warm Up: KB Warm Up - 5:00

Five Ladders with three rungs of the following:
C&P L/R
Pull Ups

I used the 20kg bell for this.

Snatches: 9:00 - 16kg bell - 10L/10R - rest one minute. Total of 100

Stretch: 14:00

Thoughts: this was pretty good... and even though it's "light" day, it is still challenging. But, nothing like "heavy" day.
