ROP Week Three - Day One - Heavy Day

Start: 7:12am
Finish: 8:07am

Warm Up: KB Warm Up - 6:30

Five Ladders with three rungs of the following:
C&P L/R
Pull Ups

I used the 20kg bell for this.

Swings: 5:00 - 20kg bell - 10-30 sec rests - 107 swings

Roller & Stretch: 16:30

Thoughts: Whew... that extra ladder is tough. Can't wait for the extra rungs. ha.

Swings were alright. Rest was 10-30 seconds or so. Trying to keep good form on the swings.
