ROP Week Three - Day Three - Medium Day

Start: 7:04am
Finish: 8:04am

Warm Up: KB 6:00

Five ladders and three rungs of the following:
C&P L/R
Pull Ups

I used te 20kg bell for this.

Swings: 7:00 - 20kg bell - 30 - 40 sec rests - 135 swings

Roller & Stretch: 14:30

Thoughts: The last ladder was done the quickest, leading me to believe that the previous four crappy times and 'exhaustion' were all in my head.

More push presses today as my shoulders really seemed to take a beating on Tuesday night.

Rest for a few days and back at it on Monday. Turns out Monday will be a Test/Heavy day. Maybe. Should be fun.
