ROP Week Three - Day Two - Light Day

Start: 7:15am
Finish: 8:00am

Warm Up: KB 4:20

Five Ladders and three rungs of the following:
C&P L/R
Pull Ups

I used the 20kg bell for this.

Santches: Three sets of ten on each side with a minute rest after the second side. I used the 16kg bell. 6:00

Stretch: 6:00 upper body today

Thoughts: Well, those five hundred pushups last night whalloped my today. Not sore, just weak. All (most) of the C&P turned into C& Push Presses. Gonna feel that later today.
