ROP Week Two - Day One - Heavy Day

Start: 7:12am
Finish: 8:02am

Warm Up: KB Warm Up - 5:00

Four Ladders of the following:
C&P L/R
Pull Ups

I used the 20kg bell for this.

Swings: 6:00 - 20kg bell - 20-30 sec rests - 120 swings

Roller & Stretch: 15:30

Thoughts: Yep, the extra ladders suck. Can't wait till I add more rungs.
