ROP Week Two - Day Three - Medium Day

Start: 7:04am
Finish: 8:01am

Warm Up: 9:20

Four Ladders of the following:
C&P L/R
Pull Ups

I used te 20kg bell for this.

Swings: 8:00 - 20kg bell - 30 - 40 sec rests - 140 swings

Roller & Stretch: 17:00

Thoughts: Pretty good times today on the ladders. Let' see if I can keep the consistency when I increase the ladders.
