ROP Week Two - Day Two - Light Day

Santches: Four sets of ten on each side with a minute rest after the second side. I used the 16kg bell.
Thoughts: Not too bad today. Cleans got a little sloppy on one or two reps, but not too bad. Not too bad on the snatches, either.
