ROP Week Two - Day Two - Light Day

Finish: 8:05am

Warm Up: 10:00

Four Ladders of the following:
C&P L/R
Pull Ups

I used te 20kg bell for this.

Santches: Four sets of ten on each side with a minute rest after the second side. I used the 16kg bell.

Roller & Stretch: 15:30

Thoughts: Not too bad today. Cleans got a little sloppy on one or two reps, but not too bad. Not too bad on the snatches, either.

A bit sore from a massage last night.
