OMG the past two weeks is really testing me.
Last week was picture day at the school, I helped all three days. The snacks were horrible and I did not stick to my routine. I drank Coke, Dr Pepper, because I needed the caffeine. We all ate Starbursts and Reuses, Kit Kats and Snickers. Then we had deli sandwiches. That was the healthiest part.
This week is making up for all that I missed last week. I just cannot shake this off. I am trying for it again today, but I am just having a hard time.
I made it to the gym Monday, last week and then this monday. I am going to try to make it again today.
