...no surprise here, deffinitely got my work cut out for me again. If you all knew how and what I've been eating for the last couple of months, you'd be ashamed of me I'm sure (blushing). It's difficult to stay focused when you're emotionally overwhelmed. Well I failed and it's time to come clean and start over. Over the past 12 weeks I've gained back 8.8lbs and ....13.5 total inches (gulp). Congratulations, I completely reversed my progress. So,...starting today I will suffer and change my diet completely back to how it should be. Every day I will either work out or take Louie for a long fast pace walk. Silvie is thankfully still with us and doing much better for now. I only pray that instead of getting worse again she'll just pass away at home one night.

So here we again.......... :)
