Running my BUTT off

So I ran for about a half hour on my treadmill today. It's only day 2 for me. When I run, though, like right after I feel great. My mood improves and I just physically feel an all around GOOD feeling. The problem is I know that i'll be able to keep this up for 3 weeks and then I'll just get de-motivated because I'm not seeing any results. I wish I could afford a trainer to help keep me motivated. Anyway, I sure do hope this website does the trick for me.
