Running Plan Day 2
Yesterday was my day two. I did better then I expected. I was not sore from the other day and today I am not sore from yesterday.
Sara joined me. It is awesome to have her support.
My plan is set up in 5 sets. 1 minute run followed by 3 minutes walking. Which we accidentally did 4. Anyway, by set 5 I was so tired but I had only a few seconds left. It is really hard when you have to push two 40 pound kids, especially when some of it is up hill.
